ARB Learning Support Assistant job summary

This is a fixed term contract, working 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 38 term weeks plus 3 training days per year. Until July 2021

The role is paid at Grade E, with a salary of £18,933, pro rata. The pro-rata salary range equates to approximately £12,897 based upon individual circumstances.

You will be required to support learning and work with the class teacher and other staff to foster effective learning for students with special educational needs or disabilities. You should be enthusiastic and have high expectations of students' achievements.

The successful candidate must be flexible, adaptable and be a team player with good interpersonal skills. You will need to work using your initiative, whilst following school guidelines and requirements.

We are part of a Multi Academy Trust, SMART, encompassing both secondary and primary schools.
