Project Lead – East Area Inclusion Partnership (EAIP)
Employing school – Seacroft Grange Primary School – part of the AIP staffing structure

Do you have leadership experience within a Primary and/or Secondary school setting? Do you have the grit and determination to work to prevent the permanent exclusion of children across the East of the city? Do you have strategic experience of developing and delivering action plans and providing support and challenge to get results?
We are looking for a Project Lead for the East Area Inclusion Partnership (EAIP). The EAIP is in a good financial position and is ripe for development into something that is really exciting and can be a beacon of excellent practice in our city: child-friendly Leeds.

We are looking for:
● Someone who has experience working in a leading role within an educational setting
● Someone who has vision and experience in delivering their vision and securing buy-in from stakeholders
● Someone with experience of working with children with SEMH challenges
● Someone with the ability to build and lead a team
● Someone with the authority to support and challenge members of staff across both primary and secondary settings
● Someone who is resilient with a good sense of humour
● Someone who is familiar with multi-agency working and values partnership
