What skills and experience we're looking for

Would you like to make a difference to SEND provision in schools whilst also contributing strategically to our thriving Trust inclusion teams?

We are looking for two passionate, experienced and dedicated full time SENDCO’s to join our growing Trust, which is dedicated to developing flourishing communities, and centred around our values of collaboration, humility, respect, inclusion, stewardship and trust. We are making both these posts full time so that the successful candidate can focus solely on the role of SENDCO, but will also consider part-time applications.

If you are someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential then we would be really interested in hearing from you. You will have had previous experience in working with children in similar settings and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.

This role will be based in one or more of our Plymouth schools – at the moment we are prioritising finding the right candidate to join our experienced SENDCO team, before matching them to the right settings.
