Salary: Ark Support Scale 5, Pay Points 5 – 12: £23,500 - £26,421 (pro rata)
Actual salary: £10,106.97 - £11,363.24
Hours: 18 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract: Permanent

Do you have a passion for art and want to support students in one of our popular GCSE and A-level subjects?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful and committed Art & Design department. Art and Photography are popular subjects within the school, with a large percentage of students choosing them as a GCSE option. The department achieves excellent results at GCSE and A-Level.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dependable and conscientious technician to support us in the development and expansion of Art & Design and we can be flexible with setting the successful candidate’s working pattern.

- Have experience, knowledge or a keen interest in creating Art/Design and Digital Photography work
- Be flexible, enthusiastic, well organised and has a genuine passion for and belief in the potential of every student
- Have an awareness of safety issues as appropriate to the post, including health and safety risk assessments
- Have an unwavering determination to work with students of all abilities
