The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint a dynamic and highly skilled Art SEMH teacher with art specialism to join the outstanding staff team at Harmood School.
We are seeking an outstanding, committed and resilient SEMH Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs, demonstrates the ability to work with sensitivity and to ensure every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
We welcome applications from subject specialisms in Art and are able to teach across a range of subjects including, English and Vocational subjects. You will be able to plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum leading to excellent outcomes for all students. This work is underpinned by your ability to form positive relationships that can be drawn on to engage all.

Harmood School is a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health School for children aged 11-16 in Camden. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds, but all have an EHCP with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) as their primary area of need. Many will also have other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

Contract and Salary
This is a permanent contract from 1 September 2026
SEN allowance will be awarded in line with STPCD.
