Art (with Photography) Teacher job summary

We are looking for a strong classroom practitioner who can inspire students. They will have excellent subject knowledge and the ability to make learning exciting and leading to examination success. The appointed person will teach Art at Key Stages 3 and 4. Ideally including GCSE Photography, but this is not essential.

The Art Department, which is part of the Creative Arts Faculty, occupies two art rooms with a staff office and resources area. The Faculty has a very strong and supportive team spirit. The Wavell School has a strong commitment to professional development and in turn expects high standards from all staff.
