ASD Family Support Worker job summary
This role will be on a full-time basis with 2.5 days as a family support worker and the other 2.5 days supporting as a Teaching Assistant within the provision. The role will be based across the two Nest sites- one at Hunsbury Park Primary School and the other in Duston at Chiltern Primary School (roughly 10 minutes’ drive!)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Worker to join our team and provide further support and opportunities to our families.
We are looking for:
- A family support worker who is passionate about supporting children with Autism to be happy, independent, and safe individuals
- A family support worker who is passionate about working with SEN, especially children with Autism
- A family support worker who is knowledgeable and experienced in supporting families and children with a diagnosis of Autism
- A positive professional, who can see each day as a fresh start
- An excellent communicator and team player
