This is your chance to help shape the strategic direction of Mathematics across the Academy, champion exceptional teaching, and drive outstanding student outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in developing a culture of excellence—supporting colleagues, influencing curriculum design, and guiding evidence informed practice that makes a real difference in the classroom.

As an Aspiring Head of Mathematics, you will:

• Lead on the continuous development of a high quality, ambitious mathematics curriculum

• Support and inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching and learning

• Contribute to departmental strategy, improvement planning, and monitoring of standards

• Develop your leadership expertise through structured guidance and real responsibility

• Play a central part in shaping the vision and future success of Mathematics at Academy 360
