Assistant Caretaker job summary
Steel City Schools Partnership are looking to recruit a skilled individual to complement the premises staffing team currently in place. We are looking for a 20 hr per week Assistant Caretaker to work across Lound Infant & Lound Junior schools.
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to work alongside the existing Premises team and whose duties will include:
- Security of premises
- Cleaning tasks
- Maintenance and general duties
We are looking for individuals with good interpersonal skills who are able to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, visitors and external bodies.
Candidates should also:
- Be able to demonstrate attention to detail
- Be well organised
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Be committed to excellence within their work in school and across the partnership
