Assistant Cluster Site Manager

This role is responsible for managing the estates and facilities services of a cluster of Trust schools, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and maintaining a high standard across all areas of the school for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The role also supports the Cluster Site Manager to ensure that the school premises are safe, secure, well-maintained, and compliant with statutory requirements. This includes assisting with the supervision of site activities, carrying out maintenance tasks, overseeing contractors, and supporting day-to-day operational duties.
Working on a shift pattern, they will ensure high standards are maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors, support other Trust schools when required,
