Assistant Cook job summary
The role of Assistant Chef, primarily based at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading, Crescent Road, is a busy post which will require the successful candidate to have experience of working in a kitchen, delivering outstanding service and quality food to a high volume of customers.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Preparation of food
- Help develop the service which includes menu planning and supplies ordering
- Overseeing service
- Mentor catering staff.
