We have an opportunity for a highly creative, dynamic and motivated Teacher with a specialism in one or more of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with a commitment to academic excellence and student success. Working as part of a team, you will play an important role in delivering and developing the Academy’s Vocational Options. You will plan and deliver high quality lessons and be committed to achieving excellent results for all students, inspiring them to have a passion for science and the desire to learn and succeed.

The successful candidate will have a good track record of excellent classroom practice and sustained added value outcomes for students. We would welcome applications from experienced Science teachers seeking to develop their potential within a supportive faculty.

The successful candidate will:

Be passionate about their subject bringing energy and enthusiasm to the students they teach.

Be able to teach across the age and ability range, demonstrating excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students to enable them to achieve their full potential.

Have a strong understanding of the Science curriculum at KS3 & KS4 (Combined Science and Triple Science) and contribute to our extra-curricular programme.
