quality lessons across the Key Stages. If you are an excellent classroom

The Science faculty
is a friendly and innovative team, and the successful candidates will be both
an outstanding Science teacher and an enthusiastic and dynamic leader. Our
faculty enjoys excellent facilities, with recent investment in new labs, and
provides its staff with a supportive, forward-thinking environment with plenty
of opportunities for professional development. These range from our extensive
ECT programme through to leadership progression opportunities within Paignton
and across the Trust.
candidate will be confident teaching Science from Key Stage 3 to GCSE and have
a high level of subject expertise. They will work alongside other Science staff
to plan, develop and deliver an engaging curriculum that achieves the best
possible outcomes for all students
candidate should have Qualified Teacher Status and have an up-to-date knowledge
of developments in science.
This is an exciting
time to be joining our Academy as we seek additional teachers to meet rapidly
increasing student numbers. Paignton Academy is undergoing rapid improvement.
Within the Academy two capital projects costing more than £4 million pounds
