Assistant Head job summary

Ash Lea is a special school for children from 3-18 years old with severe and complex educational
needs and is located in Cotgrave. We aim to ‘Work together to be our best’. To this end, you will
be supported with your personal and professional development by a school passionate
about continuous learning and growth.

Ash Lea School governors are looking to recruit two inspirational and authentic individuals to
continue to drive the school’s growth and provide its pupils with excellent outcomes so that they
are able to meet their aspirations for life after Ash Lea.
