What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you an experienced and outstanding SEN practitioner looking for your first leadership opportunity? Oak Lodge School is seeking a Key Stage Leader 14 to 19 years to join our dynamic team.

As part of Barnet Special Education Trust, Oak Lodge School is dedicated to delivering exceptional education and care for young people with special educational needs.

You will lead the 14-19 phase, ensuring our students receive an ambitious and tailored curriculum that prepares them for life beyond school. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, drivinghigh standardsand positive outcomes for all.

We are looking for:

  • QTS/QTLS

  • An experiencedand outstandingSEN practitioner, ideally with secondary or post-16 experience.

  • Someone passionate about inclusion and supporting young people to achieve their best

  • A colleague ready to step into their first leadership role and make an impact
