Are you ready to take the next step in your teaching career?
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed English teacher who can teach and lead English at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and A Level. Key Stage 4 expertise is preferable, with a proven track record of securing exceptional outcomes at GCSE.
We would welcome applications from candidates who are aspirational and want to progress further in their careers within a well-established and supportive faculty that will develop your professional skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Faculty and Heads of Year to ensure that we are fully prepared for the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum that is both challenging and accessible for all students.

Wollaston School is a large, rural community school located in a village setting about 15 minutes drive from Northampton. The student intake draws on nearby villages and the towns of Earls Barton, Wellingborough, and Irchester. We have over 1400 students on roll with approximately 240 students in the Sixth Form. The school is over-subscribed. Wollaston School was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2023.
