What skills and experience we're looking for

As Assistant Head of Maths, you will deliver an outstanding curriculum to ensure all pupils make excellent progress in Maths and work with our supportive Leadership Team in setting the future direction and vision of Ralph Thoresby.

What the school offers its staff

This is an exciting time to be joining the Ralph Thoresby maths department, having now fully embedded a mastery curriculum. The department is well resourced with a wide range of mathematical equipment available such as manipulatives and laptops which can be booked for use with any group, as well as teachers receiving a tablet to allow freedom of movement whilst teaching. Student learning is enhanced by a significant extra-curricular offering, including local and national competitions, work with industry partners and a visit to Paris. Successful candidates will look forward to working with a dedicated team of professionals to help drive the department forward over the coming years.
