The successful candidate will:

  • be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of success at Key Stage 3 and 4
  • be committed to raising standards both of behaviour and academic achievement
  • have a proven track record of successful leadership
  • significant relevant experience of contributing to whole school improvement strategies
  • the ability to raise expectations and aspirations of all students
  • an understanding of effective behaviour management strategies
