Assistant Head of Year job summary

Arnold Hill Spencer Academy is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Head of Year to join our dedicated pastoral team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and contributing to a positive school culture.

As a key member of our pastoral team, you will provide day-to-day support for students and work closely with the Head of Year to promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and wellbeing. Your role will be vital in ensuring our pupils feel safe, supported, and able to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be someone who can build strong and trusting relationships with students, parents, carers and staff. You will help to foster a positive and inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to thrive.
