candidate will be able to work on their own initiative in a calm, caring and
efficient manner with support from a successful and hardworking team.

with students to support, motivate, and encourage students to succeed
- bring knowledge and experience to
secure positive outcomes through pastoral support
- actively support young people and their families to overcome barriers
- model commitment, resilience,
patience, hard work and a good sense of humour.
