Salary Grade H (FTE range): £30,559 – £33,366

5 days per week (37 Hours)

Term time only plus 1 week

Actual Salary: £26,843 to £29,308

St Aidan’s Church of England High School requires an Assistant Head of Year (non-teaching) to start as soon as possible. Working closely with the Head of Year, you will play a key role in raising standards through supporting the pastoral care in a year group. You will support students in achieving positive educational outcomes with a focus on behaviour, safeguarding, attendance and punctuality.
