ASSISTANT HEAD OF YEAR

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Head of Year to join the Vandyke team. The successful candidate will support the Head of Year in the provision of high-quality care, guidance and support for all students in the year.

We are looking for candidates who have good organisational skills and an ability to empathise with young people and communicate effectively with students and parents/carers in a calm and effective manner. Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
