Attendance Administrator job summary
Attendance Administrator
37 Hours per week – term time plus 1 week
H3 (£24,790) pro rata actual salary £21,000 approx.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency. You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate attendance records and supporting communication between school, students, and families.
Key requirements:
Have proven experience in educational administration
A friendly and caring approach, with a genuine commitment to student wellbeing
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Emotional intelligence and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters
Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solutions – focused mindset.
A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
