  • Lead the strategic SEND provision and statutory responsibilities across the school

  • NASENCO-qualified teacher with strong SEND experience

  • Passionate about child-centred, evidence-informed practice

  • Reflective practitioner who wants to grow as a leader

  • Collaborative, highly organised, and calm under pressure

  • Skilled at working with parents, professionals, and LSAs
