Deptford Park Primary School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Teacher to head our 40-place specialist provision for primary-aged children with severe learning difficulties (SLD). This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Shape an inclusive, high-quality learning environment.

  • Lead and inspire a skilled team of teachers and support staff.

  • Develop a bespoke curriculum that meets the complex needs of our pupils.

What we’re looking for:

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) with significant SEND leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding.

  • A commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.
