Myton School is seeking a SENCo who is passionate about providing a first class provision for all students with SEN. As Myton’s SENCo you will lead an extensive management team including an Assistant SENCo, a SEN Office Manager, an Inclusion Manager and you will enjoy dedicated administrative support. Through your inspiring leadership, you will ensure all staff understand their role in the collective responsibility for students with SEN and have the training and support to deliver on your vision.

Myton is a large and popular school with around 1800 students and is oversubscribed in all years. We are a values driven school determined that our students achieve life long success. We distribute leadership effectively through the senior leadership team and as such, senior leaders enjoy a great deal of autonomy so can develop and implement their vision for their part of the school.
