Dorothy Goodman School is looking for 3 exceptional practitioners to join the leadership team. If you are passionate about providing each individual pupil with the support that they need then Dorothy Goodman could be the school for you.

Dorothy Goodman School is a specialist setting that supports children and young people with cognition & learning and communication & interaction needs. We work with pupils across 6 sites including satellite bases on mainstream schools. Our school community has a diverse range of needs and ages and we welcome applications from experienced leaders and those who are taking their first steps into leadership.

You will be joining a committed team of staff who hold pupils at the heart of everything that we do. A diverse school needs varied provision delivered by skilled practitioners - creativity, a quest for developing learning and an understanding of up-to-date research are crucial for anyone interested in joining the school.

Please note that Dorothy Goodman School is a split site school and where an assistant headteacher is based will be determined in collaboration with the leadership team once recruitment to all roles has been completed.
