What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status

Degree or equivalent professional qualification

Evidence of ongoing professional development linked to teaching and leadership

Substantial and successful primary teaching experience

Evidence of consistently strong classroom practice

Experience of improving teaching through coaching, modelling or professional dialogue

Experience of monitoring teaching and providing clear, actionable feedback

Experience of leading a team, subject or phase
