  • An individual with a strong commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity through strategic planning.
  • An excellent practitioner with a proven track record of driving teaching and learning across a school.
  • A leader with a strong understanding of both relational and restorative practice when supporting behaviour.
  • A confident speaker with experience in leading presentations to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • An individual who can demonstrate previous whole-school impact and improvement in an area of responsibility.
  • A practitioner who is evidence-informed in their decision-making.
  • An excellent communicator who works inclusively with all stakeholders.
  • A practitioner who inspires and motivates staff and children.

This role will consist of two days of teaching commitments a week.
