- An excellent practitioner with a proven track record of driving teaching and learning across a school.
- A leader with a strong understanding of both relational and restorative practice when supporting behaviour.
- A confident speaker with experience in leading presentations to a wide range of stakeholders.
- An individual who can demonstrate previous whole-school impact and improvement in an area of responsibility.
- A practitioner who is evidence-informed in their decision-making.
- An excellent communicator who works inclusively with all stakeholders.
- A practitioner who inspires and motivates staff and children.
This role will consist of two days of teaching commitments a week.
