Assistant Headteacher job summary

The Governors of Ashlyns School are looking to recruit an exceptional and ambitious Assistant Headteacher, who will work closely with the Headteacher, and wider leadership team, in all aspects of the operation of the school. The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop key strategic areas as part of this role.

Securing the right person with the motivation and leadership expertise is our paramount objective. As such, there is flexibility in determining the specific responsibilities in order to tailor the post to the successful candidate's strengths.
