Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes job summary

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to the Academy, someone to support the Headteacher and Academy Leadership Team in developing and communicating a clear, strategic vision of how to raise standards and expectations across the academy, with a particular focus on behaviour.

The responsibilities include:  

●      To raise standards and expectations, across the academy, with a particular focus on behaviour. 

●      To promote a culture where colleagues and students have high aspirations, the determination to succeed, and opportunities to make exceptional progress. 

●      To effectively promote the educational vision of Coop Academies Trust.

●      Support wider development of the school by playing an active role as a member of the Academy Leadership Team (ALT). 

●      Take responsibility for the highly effective implementation of the behaviour policy

●      Support the Headteacher and Leadership team in managing the academy effectively and ensuring the successful implementation of radical change in the culture and practice of the academy.
