About the Role
As an Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, you will:
✔Lead on pastoral provision, behaviour and attitude across the school
✔Develop and implement strategies to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
✔ Work closely with staff, students, and parents to enhance attendance, punctuality, and student engagement
✔ Champion a culture of respect, high expectations, and student leadership
✔ Provide expert guidance and professional development to staff on behaviour management and pastoral care

We are looking for a candidate who:
✔ Is a passionate and experienced school leaver
✔ Has a track record of improving student behaviour and engagement
✔ Has strong leadership and communication skills, inspiring confidence in student, staff, and parents
✔Has experience working in a school with high expectactions for behaviour and pastoral care
