What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified teacher status
- Good honours degree or equivalent
- A track record of successful teaching with evidence of enhancing pupil achievement in your classes
- Evidence of continuing professional development including working towards or attainment of Leadership Pathways or NPQSL
- Recent successful experience at middle leadership level.
- Strong leadership, management and teaching skills.
