What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Qualified teacher status
  • Good honours degree or equivalent
  • A track record of successful teaching with evidence of enhancing pupil achievement in your classes
  • Evidence of continuing professional development including working towards or attainment of Leadership Pathways or NPQSL
  • Recent successful experience at middle leadership level.
  • Strong leadership, management and teaching skills.
  • A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school.
