We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join our committed and dedicated staff team. This is an exciting time to join the school. This is a newly created role on the Senior Leadership team at an exciting time for the school. We have the flexibility to appoint to the strengths of the successful candidate and needs of the school so would welcome applications from aspiring leaders with a range of experiences.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- The ability to work successfully as part of team, putting children at the heart of their work
- They are an aspiring leader looking to gain experience of whole school strategic leadership and management
- A passion for delivering consistently excellent classroom practice
- Expertise to continue to develop the highest standards of teaching, learning and behaviour
- A commitment to promoting and developing the inclusive ethos and values of the school by maintaining strong partnerships with parents, governors and the community
- The skills, vision and determination required to secure further improvement for our effective school
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working relationships through collaboration with other trust colleagues
