Assistant Headteacher – Teaching & Learning City Academy Norwich

the Headteacher in leading on further improvement, raise aspirations,
expectations, and standards focussing on all aspects of Teaching & Learning.

behind, whatever their background.
To be successful in this senior leadership post, you will be driven, ambitious and have young people at the core of your education philosophy. You will need a track record in SEND and Inclusion.

What the school offers its staff
This is key role in supporting the educational provision for this community and impact the life chances of young people in Norwich and the surrounding area. Our Academy serves just over 600 students aged 11 – 16, many of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are committed to ensuring the very best provision so that all students are aspirational and maximise their potential.
For the past for four years the Academy has been supported by the Bohunt Education Trust and standards have risen significantly. In September 2022, the Academy is joining Sapientia Education Trust.
