The postholder will undertake a vital role within the College which holds the following responsibilities:
- Leading a culture of high aspirations, exceptional behaviour, and strong relationships
- Leadership of pastoral systems, safeguarding, and attendance
- Oversight of student welfare and wellbeing
- Leadership of Primary transition
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)
