The postholder will undertake a vital role within the College which holds the following responsibilities:

  • Leading a culture of high aspirations, exceptional behaviour, and strong relationships
  • Leadership of pastoral systems, safeguarding, and attendance
  • Oversight of student welfare and wellbeing
  • Leadership of Primary transition
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)
