The postholder will undertake a vital role within the College which holds the following responsibilities:

Leading a culture of high aspirations, exceptional behaviour, and strong relationships
Leadership of pastoral systems, safeguarding, and attendance
Oversight of student welfare and wellbeing
Leadership of Primary transition
Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)
