Khalsa Primary School is seeking an ambitious, visionary, and values-driven Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum & Teaching Lead) to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a knowledge-rich, future-ready curriculum within a school rooted in a Sikh faith-inspired ethos. As Assistant Headteacher, you will lead on curriculum innovation, teaching and learning, and digital transformation, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum, teaching, and digital innovation

• Drive high standards through monitoring and data use

• Support and develop staff, including ECTs

• Promote wellbeing and a positive school culture

• Build strong partnerships with parents, governors, and the community
