The Potteries Educational Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead the continued development of our 14-19 MyFutures curriculum—an ambitious and evolving offer designed to connect education meaningfully with the world beyond the classroom. This role is central to shaping a curriculum that is both academically rigorous and deeply rooted in the context of our community, working in partnership with employers, stakeholders and families to broaden opportunity and raise aspiration. We are looking for a committed curriculum leader who is driven by the belief that education should open doors, and who has the vision and determination to build a coherent, relevant and transformative experience for every student.
