What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you an inspirational leader with a proven track record of success at middle or senior leadership? Are you passionate about leading in a school that has a longstanding tradition of academic excellence coupled with outstanding pastoral care?

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at an exciting point in the school’s development. This post represents an expansion of our current team, and having been judged ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in our January 2025 OFSTED inspection, we are now looking for a colleague who will build upon these successes.

You will be a driving force in our vision, helping to shape the next stage of our school’s journey, and for this we need a strong, effective practitioner and leader who will bring their passion for education and school leadership to this role. This is a wonderful career opportunity to work in a very successful and supportive team in a popular school.
