Norbreck Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving, community-focused primary academy at a key stage in its development as part of Synergy Education Trust.

As Assistant Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership for inclusion, assessment and pupil outcomes, driving high standards and ensuring every child, regardless of background or need, receives an outstanding education. You will work closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders, staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
