Assistant Headteacher - Director of Curriculum & Standards job summary
We are seeking an experienced, committed, innovative leader with the drive, ambition and determination to help change the future life chances of our students.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious colleague to contribute significantly to student achievement and to further develop and design the curriculum and assessment processes to improve student outcomes which will allow our young people to go onto discover their dreams and transform their lives.
You will possess:
• An understanding & knowledge of curriculum design
• Experience of school improvement at middle leadership or senior leadership level
• High expectations of themselves and others (staff and students alike)
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership skills.
