Purpose of the Job
• Strategic Leadership of Post 16 provision and development
• To lead on all aspects of the recruitment, retention and progression of post 16 students
• Development of the post 16 curriculum to meet the changing needs of students
• To lead on enrichment and pastoral care programmes within Years 12 and 13
• Responsibility for raising standards and achievement post 16
• Creation of a city and diocese wide reputation of excellence for the post 16 section of the school
• As a member of the leadership team contribute to the strategic vision and implementation of the school development plan
• Carry out work associated with department curriculum links
