We have recently moved into our brand new, purpose built school which has had a hugely positive impact on the learning experience of our students.
We are looking for a DSL to join our Senior Leadership team; to oversee and develop further our already excellent culture of safeguarding across the school. You will work with a safeguarding team of DDSLs and a family support worker as well as wider attendance and pastoral teams, whilst ensuring safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do.
We are part of Stowe Valley MAT, which is led by Southam College. This has further enhanced our ability to offer inspirational and supportive leadership and CPD for all of our staff.
