Assistant Headteacher/inclusion manager job summary

The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an assistant headteacher/inclusion manager from January 2021 to work at Haybridge High School. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that every student achieves outstanding outcomes as well as work within the senior leadership team and have a corporate responsibility for the smooth running and leadership of the whole school. A key part of the job will include the SENCO role and we will consider applications from experienced SENCOs or aspiring ones. The successful applicant will ensure inclusive practice is developed to promote the highest standards for our students with Special Educational Needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This position offers an excellent career opportunity for a proven, successful leader who is ready to progress to a senior leadership team. The successful applicant will be a well-qualified, experienced teacher who is committed to achieving high standards and developing each student to achieve their potential. This is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development as your role will evolve as the school develops. Other whole school leadership responsibilities for the post will be decided with regard to the school's needs and the appointed candidate's skills and experience.
