Ensure high-quality teaching is consistently in place, with adaptive practice meeting the needs of every learner
Lead and refine assessment systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy and meaningful impact on classroom practice
Use formative and summative data to identify trends, barriers and priorities, and evaluate the impact of actions taken
Work closely with the Curriculum Leader to ensure curriculum implementation leads to strong outcomes for all groups
Champion excellent attendance, recognising its critical role in achievement, particularly for vulnerable pupils
