This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and talented senior leader, who has the drive, determination and energy to build on the school’s successes, in collaboration with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
Manor Wood Primary School is a two form entry primary school, with a Nursery and Children's Centre, situated in the Meanwood area of Leeds. Manor Wood Primary School believes in equipping children with the skills to be the best they possibly can be, through providing a supportive and caring learning environment within a friendly school community. As Assistant Headteacher, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of children and help to foster an environment that inspires children to flourish academically, socially and emotionally.

- Will inspire and motivate staff and children.
- Is able to sustain progress in raising standards of teaching and learning and improving outcomes for children.

- Strives for ambitious standards for all children within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Will continue to develop community engagement.
- Is visible, approachable and has the resilience to meet the day to day challenges of school leadership.
- Has personal and professional integrity.
