proven experience of outstanding primary practice

• a clear understanding of best practice across the curriculum and Primary Phase
• dedication to developing a dynamic and engaging curriculum that sustains high achievement
• the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire both staff and children to be the best that they can be
• the ability to build on existing good practice and the creativity to introduce fresh and innovative ideas
• a positive attitude towards ongoing self-evaluation and school improvement
• commitment to the development of the wider school community and can communicate effectively
• a keen attitude to work in partnership with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher to lead on school development priorities
