What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an ambitious, talented and committed teacher to join our leadership team as Assistant Head of Maths. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent classroom practitioner who is passionate about raising achievement, supporting colleagues and helping to drive continued improvement within a successful department.
The successful candidate will have outstanding subject knowledge, high expectations of all pupils and a proven ability to deliver effective teaching and learning. They will be an excellent team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of contributing positively to departmental development, promoting high standards of behaviour and supporting our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and educational excellence. We are looking for someone who is resilient, proactive and eager to play a full role in the life of the school while developing their own leadership potential.
