The RoleAs Assistant Headteacher, you will:
- Support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in leading the school’s vision and strategic direction.
- Champion high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.
- Lead on behaviour strategy and welfare across the school.
- Manage and support staff, including performance management and professional development.
- Contribute to school improvement planning and self-evaluation.
- Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong track record of raising standards.
- Has recent and relevant leadership experience in a primary setting.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of behaviour management and inclusive practice.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Is a collaborative leader who can inspire, motivate, and support others.
