We are looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic leader to the position of Assistant Headteacher to lead on the Pastoral Provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a current senior leader, or a middle leader with a strong track record of success in pastoral provision, to join us.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an excellent track record as a teacher.
  • Has a strong understanding of what excellent teaching and learning looks like.
  • Understands what effective leadership looks like and knows how to inspire others.
  • Has demonstrated impact in a Pastoral leadership role.

We welcome applications from candidates with an ambition to progress to Deputy Headship and Headship and will support this progression and offer extensive professional development opportunities to support all of our staff from ECT to Headship.
